Online Auction Bidding Service

We can bid and purchase items on your behalf from online auction platforms such as:

  • Mercari
  • Rakuten Rakuma
  • Other Japanese auction and marketplace websites

In-Store Purchasing Service

Additional fee on top of the Basic Purchasing Service.

If an item is not available online, we may be able to purchase it directly from a physical store in Japan.

Availability depends on location and store accessibility. Please contact us before placing a request.

Customer Self-Order Forwarding Service

If you place an order yourself, simply have the package shipped to our Japanese address.

After we receive the package, we will forward it to your international address.

Oversized Package Handling

New Packing Materials

By default, we reuse clean shipping boxes and packing materials whenever possible.

If you prefer brand-new packaging materials, an additional fee applies.

Shipping to a Third Party

Applicable when shipping to someone other than the purchaser, such as:

Optional services include:

  • Removing price tags

Multiple Item Handling

For orders containing multiple products, an additional handling fee applies for each item after the first.
